Arbor is the trading name of Q It Technologies LLC, a Florida limited liability company. These terms cover this website, the messages we send, and the conversations we have with a practice before any agreement is signed. Work for a practice is governed by the written agreement and business associate agreement we sign with it, and where those differ from this page, they win.

Who we work with

Arbor works with medical and dental practices and the people who run them. This website and our outreach are addressed to practice owners and staff, not to patients. If you are a patient, your practice's own notices apply to you.

This website

joinarbor.ai describes what we do. It collects nothing from you, sets no cookies and runs no analytics. Booking a call takes you to Calendly under Calendly's terms. We may change the site at any time, and we make no promise that it is complete, current or free of errors.

Calls, email and text messages

If you give us a phone number or email address, or reply to a message from us, we may use it to contact you about Arbor: scheduling, follow-ups and occasionally what we offer. Text messages come from a named member of our team. Message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. Consent to texts is not a condition of doing business with us. Reply STOP to any text to stop texts, HELP for help, or email maheer@joinarbor.ai to be removed from any channel. Calls may be recorded with notice. Our privacy policy says what we keep and for how long.

Who may receive texts

Our text messages are for adults. By providing a mobile number you confirm you are at least 18 years old and are the subscriber or usual user of that number.

Carriers

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on your carrier and device, and we cannot guarantee that any message reaches you.

What we do not promise here

Nothing on this website or in a message is an offer, a quote or a guarantee of results. Any commitment Arbor makes to a practice is in a signed agreement. Case figures on this site describe past work for particular practices and are not a prediction for yours.

Acceptable use

Do not scrape, mirror or attack this website, and do not use our contact channels to send us anything unlawful or anything containing patient information outside a signed BAA.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, Q It Technologies LLC is not liable for any loss arising from use of this website or from messages exchanged before an agreement is signed. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law and changes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. If we change them, we change the date at the top. Questions go to maheer@joinarbor.ai.
